Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Little Mixxy, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. Due to the customized nature of our mobile beverage services, the following policies apply:
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Once your event is confirmed, we immediately begin allocating resources, staff, and supplies tailored to your event.
Cancellations
14+ Days Before Event: Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit). All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Less Than 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your event. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Please note that rescheduling does not guarantee a refund unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Weather Policy
Little Mixxy operates rain or shine!
However, in the case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost—subject to date availability.
No-Shows / Access Issues
If you fail to appear or do not provide access to the event location at the scheduled time, no refunds will be issued.
